Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating a Leadlinee account or using Leadlinee, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Leadlinee for a business, you represent that you can bind that business to these Terms.

The service

Leadlinee provides tools for lead capture, a private dashboard, and automated email follow-ups, review requests, and rebooking reminders. Features may change as we improve the product. Pricing shown on the site may update; subscription fees are charged at checkout through Stripe.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including how your public form link is shared.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Leadlinee for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Send spam or messages that violate anti-spam / telemarketing laws
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service
• Upload or collect personal data you do not have the right to use
• Resell Leadlinee access without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.

Your content and leads

You own your business profile content and the lead data you collect. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data only as needed to operate Leadlinee (including sending emails you enable).

You are responsible for complying with privacy and marketing laws that apply to your leads (including consent where required).

Email sending

Leadlinee can send email using our platform domain or, when you verify your own domain, using your domain. Deliverability depends on factors outside our full control (recipient providers, DNS setup, content, and reputation). We do not guarantee inbox placement.

Third-party services

Leadlinee relies on third parties such as hosting, database/auth, and email providers. Their outages or limits can affect Leadlinee. We are not responsible for third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.

Payment

Leadlinee Basic is a paid monthly subscription. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the terms shown at Stripe Checkout (and any Stripe terms). You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access ends when your subscription is no longer active or trialing.

Disclaimers

Leadlinee is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that automations will produce any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Leadlinee. Our total liability for any claim related to Leadlinee is limited to the amounts you paid us for Leadlinee in the 3 months before the claim (or $0 if you have not paid).

Termination

You may stop using Leadlinee at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay (when billing applies), or if we discontinue the product. Sections that should reasonably survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different law is required where you live.
